How do I receive my EMOZ certificate?

EMOZ does not send certificates by email or store them as files. Instead:

• Once the process is completed (including payment if applicable), you are directed to a final page where you can download your certificate immediately.
• The PDF is generated in real time when you click “Download certificate”: it does not exist beforehand and is never stored on any server.
• Later on, you can always log in to your account and re-download any previous certificate. It will again be generated on the fly from our secure database.

This approach maximizes privacy and security. The PDF contains sensitive data (including a unique decryption key), so we never persist it as a static file.
