What exactly does EMOZ’s smart contract do?

EMOZ’s smart contract is a non-transferable ERC-721 (soulbound NFT) contract on the Polygon blockchain:

  • Issues immutable certificates as NFTs.
  • Stores public data: SHA-256 file hash and algorithm.
  • Stores encrypted metadata: Declaring user’s name, declaration, email hash.
  • Can only be used by EMOZ to issue certificates.
  • Fully transparent: Public code on Polygonscan

The contract ensures permanence, immutability, and auditability: even if EMOZ were to shut down.
