Yes. EMOZ records each certificate issuance as a blockchain transaction:

  • Each transaction is tied to a unique block and timestamp.
  • Blocks are strictly sequential and cryptographically linked.
  • Even though EMOZ does not control block mining, each record is permanently anchored in a unique place in the blockchain timeline.
